Christel Mbila - Miss Congo

Christel Mbila

My name is Christel Mbila. I grew up in the city of Kinshasa. My country has the 2nd largest rainforest and the 5th longest river in the world.

I am the youngest of nine siblings, having 4 sisters and 4 brothers. I have just completed a diploma in tailoring, my ambition is to become a famous designer.

Leisure activities include: swimming; listening to Congolese music: reading books on nature: looking after my pet dog named ‘Capucine’. Favorite food is: fish and plantain. My favorite motto is “I am the Head not the Tail!”
